All of our orders ship from the UK.
Shipping costs for your order, will differ depending on your location and the size of your order.
Arrival time will vary based on your shipping address and the current inventory.
You will firstly receive an 'Order Confirmation Email' when your order has been received.
You will next receive a 'Shipping Confirmation' when your order label has been processed, ready to be shipped from the warehouse.
This information can also be viewed via your 'Orders' page on your 'Account', or via our 'Chat Bubble' if you enter your Tracking Number.
Our UK orders will be shipped via Evri or Royal Mail. All customers will be sent 'Tracking Information' with your Shipping Confirmation email.
Shipments within the UK may also require a 'Signature' to accept delivery, such as for higher value order like 'Mini Helmets'.
Deliveries are also made during weekends.
Customers ordering from countries outside of the UK, may be subject to local custom fees, taxes and/or duties with their order.
The customer is responsible for these charges.
All European and International orders are sent via DDU.
If Import VAT or Duty charges are required to be paid, should the customer not pay within the couriers supplied timescales via any Smart DDU emails or correspondence from you courier - this may result in your order being 'returned to sender'.
All customs charges are to be paid by the customer on receipt.
All orders are processed in the UK and depending on the time of the week / depending on the calendar - may take 1-3 business days to process.
Shipping to Domestic (UK) locations, will aim to be delivered within 1-3 business days after the processing time is complete.
Delivery to European and International Zones, will aim to be delivered within 5-17 business days after the processing time is complete.
All orders placed will get an email confirmation. If there are any issues with your order we will contact you via email.
All orders require a customer to provide an email address to receive tracking updates.
Shipping Rates at Checkout, are calculated based on your location, alongside your total order size and weight.
If you are ordering on behalf of a company, please enter your Tax Number in the 'Company' field of the Checkout.
Depending on the value of your order, some shipments will require a 'Signature' to accept delivery.
For this reason, it may not be possible to deliver to a PO Box address or a hotel for certain orders.
We will contact you regarding any queries with your order.
Your order is processed as quickly as possible following confirmation of your payment.
We are not responsible for any form of non-delivery or missing shipments, should the customer have entered any address incorrectly.
It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure all your Shipping and Billing information is correct, upon making your order.
Whilst sometimes we can rectify mistakes if realised quickly enough...there is no guarantee depending when the order is made.
Ownership of the Products passes to the customer once full payment is received, alongside any delivery charges.
Customers in countries outside of the UK, may be subject to local customs fees, taxes and/or duties upon receiving their order.
In this circumstance you, the customer, are responsible for this.

Orders being shipped to the US may be subject to additional fees upon arrival.
All orders shipped Internationally, are sent with 'Delivery Duty Unpaid'.
All orders will need to pass local customs inspection.
We are unable to provide an estimate for how long this process will take and have no way to reduce that amount of time.
If after 30 consecutive days your package still has yet to arrive, please call your local post office and ask if they are holding it for any reason.
If not, please email us with your order number and a brief message to check the status.
If your tracking number shows your package has been delivered, but you are still awaiting delivery; please call your local post office to see if it's being held there.
